Job Title: Autocentre ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Autocentre Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining our company image, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and maintain the company image, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount.
- Maximise volume to ensure profit and financial targets are met.
- Co-ordinate and control the work of Autocentre staff, offering assistance and support as required.
- Ensure the security of stock and monies, being accountable for any losses.
- Maintain company housekeeping standards.
