Role Overview
As a Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Technologist in our Electrophysiology Lab, you will be responsible for managing a designated group of patients, delivering care through therapeutic interventions, the nursing process, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Your expertise will be crucial in assisting with various procedures within the Electrophysiology Lab. The role demands a thorough understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and the principles of diagnostic and interventional technology to ensure safe patient care.
Key Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited cardiovascular technology program.
- Current ARRT or RCIS credentials are mandatory; if not, eligibility for RCIS or RCES certification within 12 months of hire is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a Cath Lab, performing both diagnostic and interventional procedures.
