Job Overview

TGI FRIDAYS is seeking an experienced Mixology Specialist to join our team at Store 2473. As a key member of our bar service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • ID all Guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear to be 40 years old or younger.
  • Maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere in the bar area.
  • Prepare and serve drinks to Guests promptly and accurately.
  • Provide personalized service to repeat Guests, including learning their names and favorite drinks.
Requirements
  • Dressed neatly and well-groomed in company-approved uniform at all times.
  • Able to operate P.O.S. system, make change correctly, and process credit card transactions.
  • Able to calmly respond to angry Guests and notify a Manager.
  • Able to pass bar validation.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
