Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Courtyard Fairfax Fair Oaks. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining cash and cash equivalents, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and reconcile financial transactions, including postings and documents
  • Control and secure cash and cash equivalents according to company policies and procedures
  • Organize and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports, including statistical and accounting data
  • Audit and reconcile revenue postings
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience necessary
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
