Key Responsibilities:- Install and maintain HVAC/R systems in commercial buildings, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure proper installation procedures.
- Ensure systems are installed in compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions in HVAC/R systems.
- Replace defective components and parts as necessary.
- Conduct system tests and inspections to ensure proper operation.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Verify system functionality and performance after installation and repair.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to own and carry all necessary tools for installation.
- Pass CFC certification within 6 months of hire.
- Ability to speak English.
- Ability to work out of town on occasion.
- Effective and efficient communication skills with managers and vendors.

$30-$35 per hour, depending on experience. Weekly paycheck. Full-time, permanent position.
