About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Infinity Global, Inc. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns, and working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
• Address customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic way.
• Provide detailed information about our products and services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying their root cause, selecting the best solution, and implementing it promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance customer knowledge and provide expert advice.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems and practices preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus but not required.

Estimated Salary:$55,000 - $75,000 per year.
