Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the forecasting process and manage all related data, including trend analysis and enhancements to data visualization.
  • Track KPIs, identify patterns, trends, outliers, and opportunities in the data, and provide updates to senior stakeholders including the CRO and VP of Sales Operations.
  • Act as a thought leader and strategic thinker, continuously seeking improvements in reporting data to deliver valuable insights into sales productivity.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, data teams, and Regional Business Partners within and beyond Sales Operations and the Data Center of Expertise (DCoE).
  • Represent Sales Operations in corporate initiatives that enhance the productivity and efficiency of the sales organization.
  • Explore data trends in depth and summarize findings and recommendations for diverse audiences across the business.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the DCoE to drive new insights, including defining requirements for new tools and dashboards.
  • Ensure accuracy in all regular executive presentation packages related to forecasting, pipeline, and sales performance.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, product management, and finance to prioritize and recommend strategic actions based on data analysis.
  • Integrate disparate data sets to enhance critical business information.
  • Provide both ad-hoc and sustained analysis as needed.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the technology and tools utilized by the sales organization, such as Salesforce and Tableau.

Accountabilities:

  • Achieve or exceed performance targets.
  • Serve as the primary contact for forecasting data and processes.
  • Facilitate connections with the DCoE.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive effective recommendations.
  • Provide detailed leadership on key trends and empower teams to translate insights into actionable steps.
  • Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (graduate degree preferred).
  • 8-10 years of experience in data analysis, particularly in sales, operations, or finance.
  • Strong financial acumen and Excel mastery.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau is advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Interest in education is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel at least 10% of the time.
