Responsibilities:
Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living, promoting their comfort, well-being, and safety.
Receive and transport patients with care and attention.
Observe patient conditions and promptly report any changes to the primary nurse.
Document patient care and unit tasks in electronic medical records, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
Respond promptly to patient needs, communicate patient/family requests or concerns, and demonstrate competency in care procedures.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Current CPR certification required.
