Beach Dental Studio is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Dental Hygienist to provide exceptional patient care and support our team in delivering the highest quality dental services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough dental exams, providing personalized patient care, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough dental exams and provide personalized patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dental techniques and technologies
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve our goals

Requirements

  • Current dental hygienist license in FL and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
  • Prolonged periods sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
