Work Schedule:

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently triage, interpret, and input medication orders into the computerized system while adhering to accuracy and productivity standards.
- Conduct drug calculations, including basic mathematical conversions.
- Address issues related to claims denials and follow up on pending claims.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicaid claim regulations and procedures.
- Generate reports and keep management informed of outstanding claims.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients in alignment with company values.
- Assist with drug preparation and dispensing under the supervision of a pharmacist.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned, which may include supporting various areas of the pharmacy as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a pharmacy-related role.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceuticals, medication terminology, and the metric system; proficiency in computer operations.
- Licenses and certifications as mandated by state regulations and business requirements.
- Detail-oriented, goal-driven, team-oriented, with strong customer service and communication skills.
