About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. This role involves assessing patients' physical conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients on how to manage their condition.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Provide education and guidance to patients on managing their condition
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes


Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body
  • Experience working in an outpatient setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
