Title Escrow Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Escrow Specialist to join our team at Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to excel in the field of title and real estate processing. As a Title Escrow Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions by resolving title exceptions and coordinating with clients and attorneys.

• Exception Resolution: Identify and resolve title exceptions arising from pre and post-foreclosure matters to ensure insurable or marketable title at closing.
• Closing Coordination: Coordinate with clients and attorneys to meet specific internal, client, and investor guidelines.
• Documentation: Prepare closing statements, reports of sale, and legal closing documentation in accordance with closing instructions.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and colleagues to facilitate a seamless transaction experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Title Escrow Specialist, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have strong organizational and time management skills. A minimum of 1+ years of experience in title/real estate processing is required.

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
