Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group activities, including educational and recreational programs, to engage clients and promote a therapeutic environment.
- Provide continuous supervision of clients, monitoring their physical and emotional well-being, and reporting any changes to staff members.
- Coordinate crisis intervention services as needed and monitor vital signs, urine analysis, and self-administration of medication.
- Serve as a positive role model, promoting professional appearance, therapeutic communication, and respect for self and others.
- Assist in identifying and assessing clients' strengths and needs, and participate in transportation of clients to and from scheduled activities.
- Ensure facilities and storage areas are maintained in a clean and safe condition, adhering to agency standards and policies.
Requirements:
- Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and social skills, with the ability to remain calm in emotionally charged settings.
- Possession of a Missouri Class "E" Chauffeur's Driver's License.
- Meet the minimum requirements to be clinically privileged by FCC Behavioral Health.
