Your Role:
As a Golf Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service through lessons and fittings. You will have access to state-of-the-art technology, including Trackman, to provide a superior experience in a climate-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality golf lessons and fittings, utilizing advanced technology.
- Maintain exemplary customer service standards, focusing on maximizing sales and profitability.
- Set and monitor sales goals for lessons and fittings, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Conduct thorough preliminary interviews with golfers, analyze swings, and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:
- Class A PGA/LPGA Professional or Apprentice Level 2 or 3 in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in golf instruction and club fitting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficient in time management to optimize lesson delivery.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
