Role Overview:

As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will travel to various client locations utilizing your personal vehicle. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, strategically position products in designated display areas according to established plan-o-grams, and ensure that every section of the store is arranged in compliance with the plan. You will need to identify critical needs and promptly inform management of any concerns. Additionally, you will evaluate customer sales and pinpoint items that are underperforming or discontinued, providing suggestions for replacement products that could enhance sales and profitability for the client.

Key Responsibilities:Service designated stores as per the daily scheduleDeliver outstanding customer serviceExecute merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf organization, stock rotation, and product cleaning at client locationsOrganize store shelves or display areas as per each store's requirementsMonitor potential issues at the store level and communicate with Sales and/or Sales Manager as necessaryEnsure safe and clear store aislesMaintain assigned equipmentPerform additional tasks as assignedReport working hours to the division using provided time sheetsCarry out other related duties as required
