Job Overview

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2 PM - 10 PM plus overtime

Compensation: $16/hour

Position Summary:

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality doors. Your duties may include:

  1. Operating various machinery involved in door production.
  2. Participating in the assembly line process to construct doors.
  3. Conducting quality inspections on finished products.
  4. Machining doors to accommodate hardware installations.
  5. Preparing materials and managing inventory.
  6. Organizing and packaging completed products for distribution.
  7. Performing additional warehouse responsibilities as required.
  8. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in accordance with safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial woodworking, including doors, millwork, or cabinetry.
  • Background in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
  • Familiarity with building materials.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and utilize hand-held measuring tools.
