Required Qualifications:
- Valid food handler's permit and liquor licenses are mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in bartending is essential.
- Familiarity with drink recipes and current mixology trends is necessary.
- Experience with POS systems and cash management is required.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail is crucial.
- Physical capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation.
- Engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Coordinate with kitchen and staff to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels at the bar.
- Monitor and replenish bar supplies as necessary.
- Assist in the training of new personnel.
- Comply with alcohol service regulations at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory of bar supplies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Compensation:
$19.00 per hour plus tips
