Key Responsibilities:
- Execute painting and staining tasks on various surfaces, including but not limited to walls, ceilings, furniture, and exteriors.
- Conduct comprehensive preparation activities such as sanding, priming, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply oil-based paints and stains with a focus on precision and detail.
- Employ pressure washing equipment for effective surface cleaning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure projects are completed within designated timelines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Inspect finished work for quality assurance and perform necessary touch-ups or corrections.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of HVLP and airless spray equipment.
- Ability to interpret and follow product-specific technical data.
- Experience in handling and applying solvent-based materials.
- Proficient in following multi-step processes to achieve specified finishes.
- Timely production of finished products for the construction team.
- Experience working in climate-controlled spray booths.
- Familiarity with various painting techniques, including staining and oil application.
- Knowledge of different types of paints, stains, and finishes.
- Skilled in sanding and surface preparation.
- Experience with pressure washing tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Physical endurance and adaptability to various weather conditions.
- Commitment to safety practices and guidelines.
