About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Thoracic Surgery unit. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing thoracic surgery
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient symptoms, medications, and treatments
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
