About the Role

Patterson Companies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Filling: Pick products from the warehouse stock according to the wave pick list and organize them on carts.
  • Order Checking: Verify that the picked items match the items on the invoice by comparing manufacturer names, item numbers, and descriptions.
  • Packing: Count the quantity of items and verify the count to the quantity listed on the invoice.
  • Manifests: Weigh packages, determine the appropriate method of transportation, and verify proper labeling.
  • Expeditor: Process orders requiring special handling as required by branch personnel, sales staff, or end-users.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to read, write, and count; comprehensive problem-solving skills; and ability to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent movement, grasping, reaching, bending, and stooping in narrow spaces. Exposure to dust is also expected. The physical demands of this role include lifting and carrying up to 55 pounds, team lifting 56 to 100 pounds, and using hands continuously.
