Join Our Team: Affordable Housing Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Manager to join our team in the Real Estate Development Division.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and management of a pipeline of over 20 projects and over 1500 units of affordable housing. You will work collaboratively with our teams to identify opportunities for new construction, renovation, and rehabilitation of existing structures, and repurposing of commercial properties.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of real estate development principles and practices. You will also be required to maintain relationships with developers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in community development, real estate development, affordable housing development, business, economics, urban planning, or a related field.
  • Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in residential property development, acquisition, and/or rehabilitation, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) from applications and financing through conversion, to permanent financing.

Estimated Annual Salary: $126,356 - $169,330
