Job Summary: We are seeking a Personal Support Assistant to join our hospice care team. The successful candidate will provide personalized care and support to patients in their homes or facilities, focusing on their personal needs with dignity, compassion, and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support patients with medication management and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • State-tested nursing assistant (STNA) certification required; current CPR certification preferred
  • At least one year of experience in hospice care or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
