Experienced Crate Assembly Specialist Wanted in Southington Connecticut

At Air Sea Packing Group, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Crate Builder to join our team in Southington, Connecticut.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced individual with expertise in cutting lumber/plywood and assembling shipping crates for high-value art. The ideal candidate will have advanced woodworking skills, as well as direct experience using table saws, wall saws, and nail guns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating power tools, securing materials into wooden shipping crates, and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
Responsibilities- Safely operate power tools, including saws, screw guns, and nail guns.
- Assemble and disassemble shipping crates for high-value art pieces.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets company quality control standards.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of experience in crate assembly and disassembly.
- Proven track record of working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
