About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Field Observer to join our team at ARCXIS. As a Field Observer, you will be responsible for conducting daily field observations and collecting relevant construction data to ensure the quality of our clients' projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform field observations to verify compliance with building codes, manufacturer specifications, and project plans.
  • Review building plans and other specifications related to assigned projects.
  • Travel daily to multiple job sites to collect data and conduct observations.
  • Complete and submit observation reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Five years of construction experience and/or two years of field experience supported by a related degree
  • Ability to read construction blueprints
  • Possession of blueprint reading course completion certificate (preferred)
  • Possession of ICC IRC-B1 Inspector Certificate or equivalent (preferred)
