Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Blue Collar Coffee Co. in Beloit. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and master our coffee menu and food offerings
  • Educate customers on our menu and answer questions
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks to high standards
  • Use downtime to check with guests and maintain cleanliness
  • Maintain inventory and equipment
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Participate in ongoing education and training
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • One year of Barista experience preferred
  • Basic math skills and legible handwriting
  • Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Work Environment

This position is indoors and seasonally outdoors. The work environment can be noisy, demanding, and fast-paced, with a high level of public interaction.
