Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in Hicksville, Ohio. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling manufacturing equipment by hand using air and hand tools. This is a fully on-site position in a mid-size manufacturing company in the machine building space.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble manufacturing equipment by hand using air and hand tools
* Use screwdrivers, drills, tape measures, etc.
* Handle parts usually 10 lbs or less, but up to 30 lbs
* Perform mechanical assembly of small-scale products for shipment to end users
* Conduct electrical wiring and testing of parts in the roller grill department
* Ensure your line meets unit output requirements
* Be open to overtime if required
Requirements
* Manufacturing or Industrial experience preferred
* Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted
* Hand and power tool usage
Work Environment
* Clean environment with an older building style feel
* Expanding to add more space
* One earbud allowed on the floor for personal music; multiple overhead radios available
* Dress code: tasteful shirts and shorts, jeans, etc. No spaghetti straps, muscle tanks, etc.
