Dishroom Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary dishroom environment.

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure efficient operation.
• Monitor and maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to prevent cross-contamination.
• Report any functional or mechanical problems with the dish machine to ensure prompt maintenance.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
