Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at Community Health Systems. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating organizational and department goals for assigned facilities using effective leadership knowledge, skills, and abilities that ensure achievement of expected results for patient/customer service, employee engagement, financial health, business growth, and quality and safety outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management and performance improvement programs for a healthcare facility
  • Operate and manage quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet key goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement operational plans to achieve quality and safety outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in the area of specialty, business management, or a closely related field
  • 5 years of experience implementing quality management and performance improvement programs for a healthcare facility
  • Operational and people management skills that result in patient satisfaction, ongoing quality improvement, and employee engagement of a diverse population

Preferred Qualifications

  • RN license and/or CPHQ certification
