We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Burn Med Surg Float Pool RN to join our healthcare team at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Maintain overall accountability for assigned patients, ensuring their needs are met and their care is coordinated.
- Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage patient flow to ensure efficient and effective care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness.
- Document patient information, test results, and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice or Compact/Multi-State RN license.
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
- At least two years of full-time equivalent Acute Care RN experience in the designated area, or approval by the CNO for less than two years of experience.
