Job Summary

The Substitute Food Service Assistant will be responsible for preparing and distributing food items for consumption by students and school personnel, maintaining facilities in a sanitary condition, and documenting receipts/activities and/or conveying information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food to students and staff in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the cafeteria and kitchen areas.
  • Document receipts, inventory, and other relevant information as required.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Food Handler's Certificate (desirable qualification)
  • Proof of High School Graduation
  • Resume
