Survey Party Chief

We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Party/Crew Chief to manage a survey crew in various field conditions and projects, primarily focusing on FDOT Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, laser scanning, geodetic leveling, and subdivisions.
• Manage a survey crew in a variety of field conditions and projects.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of surveys.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• Must have experience as a Survey Party Chief.
• Must have FDOT experience.
• Must be proficient in the use of total stations, data collection devices, GPS equipment, and digital/automatic levels.
• Experience with operation of FDOT EFB, GPS, and Leica instruments is a plus.
• Must be positive and team-oriented with the willingness and desire to work as part of a team.
• Must have strong leadership and management skills.
• Must be willing to travel for out-of-town projects (hotel and per diem provided).
