Job Description for Biomedical Engineering Technician

At LADGOV CORPORATION, we are seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Engineering Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires the selected candidate to provide preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance repairs on medical equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of repair practices and be able to ensure high standards of equipment performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance services on medical equipment.
  • Complete corrective maintenance repairs on medical equipment as identified.
  • Ensure high standards of equipment performance and safety.
  • Meet all scheduled PM services before the 15th day of each month.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher in Biomedical Electronics Technology, Biomedical Equipment Technology, or Biomedical Engineering Technology.
  • Three years of experience as a Biomedical Equipment Support Specialist, Biomedical Equipment Technician, Field Service Engineer, Medical Equipment Repairer, or Information Technology Specialist.
