Job Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Roxboro, North Carolina. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes, promoting their health, safety, and independent living.

Responsibilities
  • Make home visits to clients in designated territories to assess and develop individualized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate client mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Develop and implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote client recovery.
  • Educate and instruct clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living.
  • Accurately document client care management and services provided using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
Qualifications
  • A current North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
