Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Technologist in a Thoracic Surgery setting, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other team members, monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes.
  • Administer medications as ordered, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Transport patients as needed, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One to three years of experience as a Technologist, with a strong understanding of Thoracic Surgery procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to grasp, fine manipulate, and move equipment as needed.
  • Strong mental requirements, including the ability to cope with frequent contact with the general public and meet deadlines under pressure.
