Dentist Opportunity in Louisiana

We are seeking a skilled dentist to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Our practice offers modern facilities with 20 rooms and state-of-the-art equipment, including CT machines and intraoral scanners.
As a dentist with our practice, you will have the opportunity to treat a wide range of patients, from children to adults, with services such as periodontal care, preventive care, extractions, and sedation dentistry.
Our team consists of 1 owner dentist, 1 associate dentist, 2 hygienists, a pediatric dentist (3 days per week), and an orthodontist (1 day per week). We have a high volume of new patients, with 300 new patients per month, offering you the opportunity to provide both routine and advanced dental care.
Work ScheduleWe offer a flexible work schedule, with Monday-Thursday hours from 8 am to 4 pm and Friday hours from 8 am to 3 pm. Our schedule allows for a typical caseload of 7-10 patients per day, with the flexibility to double book or stagger appointments.
As an independent contractor, you will have the autonomy to take ownership of patient care, with patients assigned to you long-term.
QualificationsTo be considered for this opportunity, you must have a Louisiana Dental License. We are looking for a personable provider who is comfortable with a variety of dental procedures, especially extractions and endodontics.
We welcome both new graduates and experienced professionals who are committed to delivering excellent, compassionate care and are open to continuing their skillset.
Compensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, with a guaranteed daily minimum of $500-$600 or 30% adjusted production. We also offer ultimate partnership buy-in for long-term providers.
Lab fees are fully covered, and you will have the opportunity to offer no-charge dental services to your family. We also provide 15 hours of CME internal courses per year.
