Cardiovascular Surgeon Opportunity at Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute

Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute is seeking a talented, board-certified Cardiovascular Surgeon to join our team at Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital. The ideal candidate will work alongside a team of cardiologists, including interventional cardiologists, to provide integrated, multidisciplinary care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Board Certified/Eligible by the American Board of Vascular Surgery (ABS) or the AOA.
• Completion of an ACGME/AOA accredited training program(s) in vascular surgery via one of the four pathways approved by the ACGME or AOA for fellowship in vascular surgery.
• Unrestricted FL medical license (or ability to obtain one) and DEA.
• 5-10 years post-fellowship experience required.
• Shared call schedule, among the team of Vascular Surgeons.
• Commitment to patient care: Physicians should demonstrate a genuine dedication to delivering high-quality patient care and improving patient outcomes.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Conveniently located in Longwood, Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital is a comprehensive critical care, medical, surgical, and behavioral health facility serving the residents of Seminole County for nearly 40 years.

With advanced technology and expertise in numerous specialties, including cardiovascular services, pulmonary critical care, orthopedics, sports medicine, and rehabilitation, Orlando Health South Seminole provides a complete continuum of care. Of its 210 beds, 130 are acute care and 80 are inpatient behavioral health.
