We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Critical Illness and Rehab Select Specialty Hospital - Central Pa - Hbg. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission of delivering efficient, fast, and high-quality healthcare staffing to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU, PCU, or Stepdown units.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team, including vital signs, medication administration, and any changes in patient condition.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and hospital operations.
- Current Pennsylvania license (or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions).
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical illness setting.
- Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification.
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. certifications as needed per specialty.
