Facilities Cleaner

Job Requirements:
Road Runr Maintenance is seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing general cleaning requirements for our customers, including emptying trash containers, taking out the trash, dusting, spot cleaning, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning windows, polishing surfaces, and cleaning and stocking restrooms.

You will also be responsible for performing snow and ice removal from sidewalks using snow blowers, shovels, salt, and other snow tools. In addition, you will be tasked with weeding and watering flower beds, picking up litter on the property, sanitizing surfaces such as telephones and drinking fountains, and following and complying with all applicable health and sanitation procedures.
