Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team for a locum tenens assignment at ProMedica Charles and Virginia Hickman Hospital. As a locum tenens provider, you will have the freedom to choose your assignments and work with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals.

About the Opportunity:

This opportunity is located in Texas, and we are offering a competitive salary of $250,000 per year, paid bi-weekly. The hospital has 113 beds and 9 ICU beds, providing a comprehensive care environment. You will work collaboratively with 2 physicians, covering day and night shifts (12 hours). Travel and lodging arrangements will be made, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage is included.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care services to patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in medical education and research activities

Requirements:

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a licensed physician with experience in primary care. You should also be proficient in electronic health records (EHRs) and comfortable working in an Epic system.
