Patient Access Coordinator

Trinity Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative to provide exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting patients, administering check-in and registration, preparing charts, and scheduling appointments and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients
- Administer check-in and registration, preparing charts as needed
- Schedule appointments and procedures for exams and procedures
- Complete a variety of clerical and data entry assignments
- Create and maintain a professional, caring, and customer-oriented environment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year's experience in healthcare preferred
- Excellent computer abilities
- Excellent written, oral communication, and customer service skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously
