Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of business initiatives and propose solutions to optimize profitability.
  • Support M&A activities, including due diligence and financial integration, as needed.
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification.
  • CFA or CPA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership and influencing business decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems; experience with BI tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
