Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in locating vehicles or directing them to the right department.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of vehicles on the lot, including washing and vacuuming both dealership and customer vehicles.
- Relocate vehicles to assigned areas as needed.
- Safely manage vehicle pickup and delivery for customers.
- Assist in organizing and managing vehicle inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of vehicle locations and updating inventory systems.
- Conduct regular checks of vehicle keys, ensuring they are securely stored and accounted for.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to uphold the appearance and functionality of the dealership premises.
- Collaborate closely with sales, service, and other dealership departments to enhance overall operations and customer satisfaction.
- Keep entrances and common areas clean through sweeping and trash removal.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum of 3 years).
- Friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items, standing for long periods, and bending or kneeling as necessary.
- Punctual and reliable attendance.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on thorough and efficient task completion.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance tasks.
- Willingness to learn and perform routine maintenance duties as assigned.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and prioritize tasks effectively.
