  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, stocking, and facing merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Cash Handling: Process customer transactions, handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
