Key Responsibilities:

  • **Pre-Cruise/Event Set Up**: Assist in setting up the dining area, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are in place.
  • **Taking Drink Orders**: Take drink orders from guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that their preferences are met.
  • **Taking and Serving Appetizer Orders**: Take and serve appetizer orders from guests, ensuring that they are delivered promptly and with a smile.
  • **Food Service**: Occasionally serve food to guests, depending on the cruise style (most are buffet style).
  • **Clearing Dishes and Cleaning the Dining Room**: Clear dishes and clean the dining room, ensuring that it is spotless and ready for the next service.
  • **Setting Up for Special Events**: Assist in setting up for special events, such as weddings and corporate functions.

Requirements:

  • **Teamwork**: Ability to work well with others, including colleagues and management.
