Hospitality Host

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food Server to join our team at The Rose Gaming Resort. As a Food Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

• Guest Service: Promote and provide excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Menu Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of the dining menu and any special items being offered, answering menu or beverage questions posed by guests.
• Service Standards: Observe guests and anticipate their needs, completing all steps of service as assigned to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Teamwork: Build and maintain effective working relationships with fellow team members, communicating clearly and respectfully to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Regulatory Compliance: Attend required training sessions, obtain and retain required licenses, and perform duties in compliance with local laws and regulations.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume bar, restaurant, or nightclub is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent guest service skills, strong telephone etiquette, and the ability to follow up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for longer than 8 hours, lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds, and work in a moderate to loud noise environment.
