We are seeking a dedicated Charcoal Grill Chef to join our culinary team. This full-time position involves preparing and serving high-quality meals at the grill station, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Take customer orders and prepare items that require minimal preparation. Ensure timely completion of orders from steam tables and serve customers efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service, adhering to established service protocols. Ensure that food is served at the appropriate temperature and is visually appealing.
- Food Quality Control: Follow approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality, portion control, and serving temperatures.
- Safety and Sanitation: Transport food items safely between workstations, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Team Collaboration: Foster positive working relationships with coworkers and management. Attend safety meetings and training sessions as required.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the culinary team.
Previous experience in a similar role is required. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
