Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinician to join our team at the Eagle Lake Children's Center. As a key member of our treatment team, you will provide professional therapeutic services to unaccompanied minor children in a shelter setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to support children's emotional and psychological well-being.
  • Screen children for human trafficking concerns and provide crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Collaborate with Case Managers and other treatment team members to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field with clinical experience.
  • Active license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken language skills).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Google tools.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
