North Suffolk Community Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Residential Overnight Support Specialist. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality direct care services to adults with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide awake overnight support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Perform security checks on an hourly basis to maintain a secure environment.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with daily tasks and activities based on individual needs and schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and maintain regular updates.
  • Complete medication counts and adhere to medication administration protocols.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Zero to six years of experience in direct support or a related field, with a focus on working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Valid Massachusetts Driver's license and ability to become MAP certified.
  • CPR/First Aid certification within five months of hire.
