Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and assist program aides in providing nursing care and services
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and other health metrics
  • Provide restorative and rehabilitative nursing services, including bowel and bladder management
  • Assist with personal care, incontinency care, and maintenance of supplies
  • Implement and monitor scheduled activities for program participants
  • Assist patients with ADLs (bathing, personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, ambulation, eating)
Qualifications
  • Certified CNA with at least 1 year of experience in geriatric care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
