We are seeking an experienced Nursing Leader to join our team at Roper St. Francis Healthcare.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year
About the RoleThis leadership role involves mentoring and educating nursing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and educate nursing staff on best practices and evidence-based care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in nursing or related field
- Minimum of five years of recent leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Nursing specialty certification preferred
